Benefits

CPL authentication provides single sign on (SSO) access to a variety of JISC Procureweb systems and tools. This enables users to login to these procurement systems just once a day, with the same user account used across all systems. The days of remembering multiple usernames and passwords are over.

In addition to this, the CPL also utilises the Federated Access method employed by many Education Institutions across the UK. Federated access will allow users to login with the own Institution credentials, so you can access all the systems using the same username and password that you use to login to your Institution network.
